Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct personalized therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. \n
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans, making informed adjustments as necessary. \n
- Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively guide client progress. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and clinical notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and confidentiality standards. \n
In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, substance misuse issues, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, and disordered eating patterns. Your role will be crucial in empowering these individuals to overcome their personal hurdles and achieve their mental health goals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required. \n
- Possess a valid and unrestricted LPC license from the state of New Jersey. \n
- At least two years of professional counseling experience, showcasing your ability to provide effective therapy in a clinical setting. \n

- Specialization or advanced training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable. \n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, based on your level of expertise and capacity.
