Assistant Quality Manager

Assistant Quality ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support quality assurance and quality control activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inspections, testing and analysis, customer quality concerns, supplier quality management, and audit compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with quality management systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field2-4 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone AnalysisExperience with quality systems, audits, and inspection/testing equipmentStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsExperience with battery, energy storage, or electronics manufacturing is a plusISO or Six Sigma certifications preferredSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMSalary: $90,000-$100,000 annuallyWork Environment: In-personJoin a growing team focused on delivering high-quality products, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining excellence in manufacturing operations.
