Job Overview/Summary The Critical Care / Intensivist will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting within a nationally recognized healthcare system. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative environment with strong multidisciplinary support, while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in Florida’s Treasure Coast. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive critical care services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Perform advanced clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for critically ill patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs, nursing staff, and specialty consultants, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation efforts. Engage in clinical research and teaching opportunities as available. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Support evidence-based practice and patient-centered care delivery.
