Hospital medicine requires strong coordination, efficient workflows, and team-based carethe right environment makes that sustainable. At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so Physicians can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. Were adding a Hospitalist Nocturnist Physician to our team at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton in Easton, Maryland. 

Practice Highlights:  

• Daily Encounters: 114  
• 14 Physician / 8 APP hospitalist team  
• 1620 patients per Physician with structured coverage  
• 1214 patients per APP with defined roles  
• Open ICU model; procedures not required  
• Intensivists onsite until ~5 PM, then on call  
• EMR: Epic  

What your practice will look like:  
Youll work in a structured hospitalist program with clearly defined responsibilities and strong APP support. The model supports efficient workflows and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care in a well-supported environment.

UM Shore Medical Center at Easton is a full-service hospital serving multiple counties across Marylands Eastern Shore, offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services including cardiology, rehabilitation, and specialty care.

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Estimated employed W-2 compensation: $125/hour to $150/hour

Requirements:  

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
