When challenges come, we row together and lean in as one team to get the job done, no matter what.ResponsibilitiesRespond to and resolve helpdesk tickets covering hardware, software, network connectivity, and account access issuesProvide day-to-day end-user support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Support and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) sessions for remote and hybrid usersAssist with user and device management in Intune and Entra ID, including onboarding/offboarding and access provisioningPerform basic troubleshooting on the firm's Cisco Meraki network (Wi-Fi, switches, connectivity issues) and escalate as neededSupport RingCentral phone system issues, including handset and softphone setupProcess tickets and document solutions with the Atlassian Suite. (Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc)Assist with basic Exchange (on-prem and Exchange Online) mailbox and account tasksEscalate complex issues to senior helpdesk staff or the IT Manager with clear documentationRequirements1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support roleWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 applicationsFamiliarity with Windows desktop troubleshooting and basic networking conceptsStrong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when working with end usersAbility to prioritize and track multiple open ticketsComfortable escalating issues and documenting clearly for teammatesComfortable supporting macOS as well as Windows (we run a small mixed environment)PreferredExperience with Microsoft Intune and/or Entra ID (Azure AD)Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Experience with a ticketing system such as Jira Service ManagementPrior experience in a law firm or other professional services environmentAZ-900 and AB-900 certificationsCompensation/BenefitsWe offer a compensation package that will be commensurate with experience and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401k and gym/fitness membership reimbursement.LocationThis position is located in our Garden City, NY office.
