This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a respected organization known for stability, high-quality standards, and a collaborative culture.CNC Manufacturing Engineer Benefits & CompensationSalary range is $95K-$120K (full-time, 1st shift position)Comprehensive medical benefits401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, holidays, and sick daysSupportive work environment with opportunities for professional growthCNC Manufacturing Engineer Requirements & QualificationsExperience with CNC programming for lathes (2 and 3 axis, with bar feeders) and mills (3, 4, & 5 axis)Familiarity with NDT, heat treatment, and coating processes for aerospace, defense, or medical partsWorking knowledge of CAD/CAM and DNC systemsExperience machining stainless steel and aluminumAbility to create and edit shop floor inspection sheetsDemonstrated skills in process planning and new product introduction (NPI)Ability to order and select cutting tools, holders, lathe jaws, and milling fixturesAssociate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experienceCNC Manufacturing Engineer Preferred Background & SkillsBasic understanding of Lean ManufacturingExperience supporting shop scheduling processesPrior exposure to generating estimates for new businessCNC Manufacturing Engineer Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPlan manufacturing processes for new and repeat customer orders to ensure product quality and complianceGenerate and edit inspection sheets and CNC programs for a range of machinerySelect, order, and manage required tooling and fixtures to optimize workflowLead and oversee new product introduction (NPI) first article lotsTroubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes on the shop floorCollaborate with scheduling and estimation teams to support production efficiencyBring your knowledge and passion for manufacturing to a team that values innovation, reliability, and quality.
