Full Steam Staffing is seeking a Safety Administrative Assistant to support the safety team with daily administrative functions, documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Madera, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00–$28.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | AM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Safety Department
• Maintain and organize safety records, reports, forms, and documentation
• Assist with tracking safety incidents, injuries, and corrective actions
• Enter and maintain safety-related data accurately
• Assist with employee safety training records and documentation
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other safety-related materials
• Help ensure required safety documentation is completed and up to date
• Assist with scheduling safety meetings, training, and inspections
• Communicate with employees and management regarding safety-related documentation
• Support OSHA and company safety compliance efforts
• Assist with audits, inspections, and follow-up documentation
• Perform general administrative and data-entry duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Previous experience in safety, warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or industrial environments is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
