About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the MD office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic priorities across various business and functional areas, with a focus on tangible, on-ground impact. This role requires a leader with a blend of strategy formulation, PMO rigor, and hands-on execution, who can work directly with top leadership and the board on high-impact decisions. Key responsibilities include owning the annual strategy, quarterly reviews, and leadership calendar, translating priorities into clear roadmaps, and tracking execution across initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in commercial strategy, portfolio reviews, and will act as the interface between various business heads, preparing them for high-stakes interactions. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 15-18 years' of experience in strategy, change management, and business transformation, with a strong background in the FMCG or consumer tech sectors. A deep understanding of sales and distribution in India, combined with experience in a leading strategy organization, is essential. The role demands a professional with strong commercial acumen, a P&L orientation, and a proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a premier institution and possess skills in structured problem-solving, first-principles thinking, and a strong execution-focused mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are also required, as is the ability to work across organizational levels and drive a data-led decision-making culture.
