Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Dizario Search is partnered with a leading manufacturing company seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join their team. This role will oversee two EHS Specialists and all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs within the plant. The EHS Manager will work closely with operations, production, maintenance, and corporate leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen safety initiatives, and deliver effective safety training programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; maintain required documentation; and manage reporting to ensure full regulatory compliance across the facility Design and deliver safety training programs for employees and supervisors, promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track safety metrics to reduce workplace injuries and environmental risks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fie 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local/state regulatory requirements Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and safety training #J-18808-Ljbffr
