About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to oversee and direct all medical providers, mid-levels, and departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clinical practice, implementing and advising on policies, and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care in line with legal standards. This role involves a wide range of essential functions, including budget development, staff management, and leading the quality improvement process for clinical services. The Chief Medical Officer will also be involved in the development of clinical guidelines, monitoring performance, and promoting educational opportunities for the clinical staff. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must have a medical degree from an accredited school, be board-certified in primary care, and have a current Texas driver's license. Public health administration training or a related degree is preferred. The role requires a candidate who is skilled at maintaining good rapport with medical staff, is able to work in a team environment, and is committed to upholding the mission, ethics, and goals of the facility. The Chief Medical Officer will also be involved in the recruitment and selection of medical staff, as well as serving on the Executive Team and acting as a liaison between the CEO and the medical staff.
