This role involves working within a team-based model to deliver high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse patient population across 28 practice locations. Practice Info Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment Behavioral health providers are integrated into primary care teams Fewer patients per day, longer patient visits State of the art/award winning EMR System Smart RX, 30+ templates in EMR, time saving system, increasing ability to manage the medications Dax AI ambient scribe technology Responsibilities Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care Utilize e-Consults to specialists Engage in mobile integrated health, bringing care to patients at home when needed Compensation $75,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time External Candidates Compensation based on quality, not quantity Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 to $378,000 Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified external candidates Benefits Dedicated CME Time & Allowance Excellent PTO package Robust retirement package including employer funded contributions Company paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage Physician partnership opportunities with OptumCare Executive Savings Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase and 401k contribution Shift & Schedule Flexible scheduling options Requirements BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start Preferred: Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting
