Job Number: R0249580 Civil Engineer The Opportunity: As a Civil Engineer, you understand that relationship-building and a keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. We need someone like you who is eager to oversee complex projects that'll enable us to change the world! As a Civil Engineer on our team, you'll collaborate with engineers from other fields to plan, design, and modify physical infrastructures and sites at Army installations. This will include maintaining oversight of digging, trenching, fiber infrastructure installation, and other installation support services such as utility connections, grounding, and bonding. You will lead site preparation and restoration to its original condition or better after task completion. You will be responsible for compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations as well as managing risks and constraints during infrastructure modernization. You Have: 12+ years of experience performing civil engineering for Federal, DoD, or largescale infrastructure programs 8+ years of experience providing advanced support to site development, utilities design, construction oversight, or complex engineering integration efforts Experience operating in multisite, highcomplexity, or missioncritical environments, including coordination across various stakeholders and technical disciplines Experience with development of planning and programming documents for construction, renovation, and improvements of real property and facilities Ability to use business software such as Microsoft 365 applications Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering Nice If You Have: Experience with data analysis platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with computer aided design (CAD) tools such as CATIA , SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D Experience leading small- to medium-sized technically oriented teams Experience with adapting new technology to complex problems Knowledge of Army installations, missions, organizations, and Real Property management PE, PMP, or CFM Certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
