\nbusiness, builder relationships and agent capabilities within local markets.
\n \nHelp Build a Local Ecosystem
\n \nThe opportunity may involve connecting:
\n \nBuilders + Developers + Buyers + Agents + Lending Resources + Marketing
\n \nPotential activities include:
\n \n• Developing relationships with builders and developers
\n• Identifying new-home communities
\n• Creating buyer-generation opportunities
\n• Recruiting agents interested in new construction
\n• Helping educate agents about selling new homes
\n• Developing community and builder marketing strategies
\n• Supporting new-home buyer events
\n• Developing local strategic relationships
\n• Identifying land and development opportunities where appropriate
