Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role & Responsibilities: Provide nursing care tailored to residents' individual needs, including medication supervision, health monitoring, and assessment of physical and mental capacity. Develop and implement personalized care plans, lead by example, and ensure high-quality care through teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication. Assess resident needs and take appropriate actions to deliver excellent care. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey, CPR certification, and IV certification (preferred). Experience In a Long-term Care Setting Is Preferred.
