Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat in a professional and timely manner
Prior customer service experience preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, order systems, and email tools Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must have good attendance and be dependable Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
Long-term position.
Position hourly range is $21-$23 or negotiable.
