- Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial contact to closure.
- Be a Client Partner , fully grasping their recruitment requirements, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Source Talent Effectively , leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS along with your established network and tools, including our exclusive communication platform.
- Optimize Our Platform to track candidates, manage outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that generate enduring value for clients while yielding robust commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership to advance both our brand and yours.
- Comprehensive Technology Platform: Enjoy streamlined access to a CRM, ATS, and integrated marketing communications. No more cumbersome toggling between multiple platforms or sifting through overflowing inboxes!

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales
