As an IAM Analyst, your hands‑on security expertise will directly shape how AI understands access control risks, privilege escalation, and identity‑related vulnerabilities. Job Details Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, gaps, and misconfigurations Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity‑related failure patterns Review zero‑trust architectures and access design decisions for correctness and risk Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI reason accurately about IAM risk Who You Are 2+ years of hands‑on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms Strong understanding of RBAC, least‑privilege models, and access review processes Clear grasp of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in practice Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently Able to communicate technical findings clearly in written form Nice to Have Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping, or SailPoint Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect Background in cloud IAM (AWS, GCP, Azure) Security certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or similar Why Join Us Work on frontier AI systems alongside top research labs and teams Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule, from anywhere Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Put your deep security expertise to use in a meaningful and novel way Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as projects grow #J-18808-Ljbffr Alignerr
