Responsibilities You Will Embrace

• Executing thorough patient evaluations, requesting diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care strategies

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Successful graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure and Certifications Required

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty certificate
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications or five proficient within 90 days
