Minimum Requirements
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient Case Management experience
- Current BLS Certification
- PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification
- SCREEN Training Certification
