Location & Schedule Location: Middlebury, VT Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM-12:30 AM Pay: $24.00-$40.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential Pay is based on skills, experience, shift, internal equity, and business needs. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on troubleshooting and repair skills. Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics. PLC experience is desired, especially troubleshooting or programming experience, but candidates with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills experience preferred. Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and maintenance instructions. Reliable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
