Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

We are seeking a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join a well-established multispecialty clinical environment in Victorville, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with academic involvement and strong organizational support.

• Employed physician role within a multispecialty practice environment
• 50% Pulmonary / 50% Critical Care practice mix
• Combined inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Monday"Friday schedule, 8:00 AM " 5:00 PM
• 1"2 weekends per month
• Open ICU model with 18 ICU beds
• Average daily volume: 15"20 inpatient patients and 12"15 outpatient visits
• Academic opportunity with Internal Medicine Residency and medical students (U.S. and international)

• Base salary starting at $350,000 (negotiable)
