Family Medicine Physician / Outpatient Primary Care

Northern Oregon & Southwest Washington

Permanent | Full-Time | $230,000 Base + Incentives

A community-focused healthcare organization serving Northern Oregon and Southwest Washington is seeking Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) for several permanent outpatient primary care opportunities.

These positions offer a strong combination of guaranteed compensation, productivity upside, no call, generous time off, loan repayment opportunities, and a collaborative team-based practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services
• Manage an established panel of patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and health education
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Coordinate referrals and specialty care when appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, behavioral health, and other clinical professionals
• Participate in quality improvement and population-health initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent
• Monday through Friday
• No call
• Approximately 32 patient-care hours per week
• Remaining full-time hours support documentation and other clinical responsibilities

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Appropriate state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong commitment to comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment

Primary care experience and Spanish-speaking ability are valued but not required.

Compensation

The updated compensation structure includes:

• $230,000 guaranteed base salary
• $20,000 first-year guarantee
• $25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
• $5,000-$10,000 relocation assistance, depending on relocation distance
• Productivity incentive opportunity beginning in the first year
• Typical productivity incentives of approximately $20,000-$80,000 annually

First-Year Package

Up to approximately $285,000, including base salary, first-year guarantee, sign-on bonus, and relocation support.

Earning Potential After Year One. Approximately $250,000-$310,000 annually, based on the $230,000 base salary plus estimated productivity incentives.

A bilingual differential is also available for qualified English/Spanish providers.
