Senior Product Manager, Engagement - Gamification

Lead the gamification strategy for the Lifecycle Engagement & Loyalty team Conduct discovery and business-case development for strategic gamification initiatives Evaluate and pilot expansion strategies for behavior-driven experiences across vehicle segments and ownership phases Scale Ford Rewards participation and digital app adoption beyond current channels Analyze driving telemetry and ownership habits to identify customer segments Develop tailored game mechanics and localized features for different driver archetypes and regional communities Translate the gamification vision into high-level product definitions and technical requirements Partner with Software Engineering, UX Design, and Data Science from concept to launch Synthesize user engagement data, connected vehicle capabilities, and loyalty financial projections into executive presentations Provide data-backed recommendations to secure executive leadership buy-in Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in product development or digital design experience Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization, including strong documentation skills Passion for customers, their needs, and building/shipping products to meet those needs Demonstrated effectiveness in complex organizations Domain knowledge in gamification frameworks, behavioral design, or high-engagement consumer platforms strongly preferred Prior experience in product development, behavioral psychology, or designing digital-physical engagement loops that drive real-world user actions Visa sponsorship is not available Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Expertise in leading gamification strategies and product development, with a strong focus on user engagement and behavioral design.
