United Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist for our practice to treat kids and adults. The opportunity includes generous daily rate plus adjusted production bonus and robust benefits. This practice is a PPO/Medicaid practice.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Valid IL state dental license
