Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care UnitSchedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week.Requirements:Current Registered Nurse license in the state.BLS and ACLS certifications required.2 years of recent ICU experience preferred.Familiarity with EMR systems.Strong critical thinking and communication skills.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families regarding care plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.Compliance / Notes: Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
