Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families. Qualifications Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board Valid CPR certification Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus Essential Job Functions Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations Benefits Health insurance with company paid life insurance Dental, Vision and Voluntary benefits 401k with company match Tuition reimbursement Opportunity for professional growth and development Paid time off Holiday pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
