Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager: 

• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Train, manage, and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to boost revenue and attract customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.

Requirements for Success: 

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual dining.
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of P&L analysis, budgeting, menu development, and staff training.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
