As a Security Officer Access Screening in Clinton, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry activity, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide strong customer service and communication while helping to deter security-related incidents. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will play an important part in daily operations.

Pay Rate: $19.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, log visitors and/or vendors, and report unusual activity or unauthorized access attempts in a calm, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related issues, and/or critical situations with sound judgment, clear communication, and problem-solving support.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of gates, parking areas, trailer lots, loading zones, and the perimeter, with duties varying based on site conditions.
• Help to deter disruptions by observing activity around shipping and receiving areas, maintaining accurate records, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
