We are located 30 minutes from Madison and 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells and the tourist areas. We see about 40-60 patients in 24 hours in our ED/UC setting. We have General Surgery, Orthopedics, L&D and a collaborative Hospitalist team. We have Telestroke services and Tele ICU services that we utilize to support care as well as a UW helicopter on site. We are in need of 9am-9pm shifts 7/6, 7/8, 7/9, 7/10, 7/11, 7/14, 7/22, 7/30 and ongoing for 8-12 shifts per month for 9 a-9p and 11a-11p shifts
