Tax Principal Path to Equity Partner

Prescott Tax and Wealth Management, located in San Juan Capistrano, is seeking a Tax Principal to lead their tax practice. This role offers the opportunity to become an equity partner based on performance over three to five years, making it ideal for those wanting to build their own practice.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in tax planning for high-net-worth clients and will manage a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional client service. A CPA certification is required.
Compensation includes a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $275,000 plus bonuses and excellent benefits.
