School Speech Language Pathologist - Oakland, California

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by DCA
• Valid CA Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in SLP Services
• SLP-CCC designation preferred, but strong new grads (CFs) considered for building-specific roles
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; fluency in languages beyond English is a plus
• Commitment to onsite-only service delivery (teletherapy options are not available)
• Eligibility to work in California throughout the 2026-2027 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for diverse student populations
• Develop individualized therapy plans and collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records per district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional recommendations, and support transition planning for students
