Lead Data Informatics Analyst

To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time Lead Data Informatics Analyst will manage program performance and data analytics, focusing on improving business processes through tools, automation, and stakeholder collaboration in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Administer enterprise program management tools, ensuring user access, data management, and compliance controls Provide Subject Matter Expertise in program cost and schedule baselines, performance analysis, and advanced scheduling techniques Lead training and mentoring initiatives for staff in Earned Value Management and program control tools Required qualifications BA/BS in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field 8+ years of experience in program controls, program performance management, or data analytics Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) in DoD programs Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, and Deltek Cobra Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Excel automation (VBA)
