Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Hallmark at Garden Parkway in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will lead on-site staff, drive leasing and marketing, analyze markets, and manage resident relations and budgets. The position requires 3+ years in property management, a valid driver's license, and strong financial management skills. Occasional travel, weekend coverage, and knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs are expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
