Quick Facts Location: Dayton Children's, Dayton, OH Start Date: 06/11/2026 End Date/Duration: Perm (ongoing) Shift: 8 or 10 hours (07:00-15:30 or 07:00-17:30) Hours per Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Permanent Licensure/Certifications: Ohio RN license, CRNA certification, PALS Experience: 1-3 years neonatal/pediatric experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: this is likely a placeholder; salary reflects annual range of $250,000 $290,000) Salary: $250,000 $290,000/year based on experience Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus, potential incentive bonus Benefits Include: Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws CME allowance of $3,500 annually plus PTO (0 5 days or hours based on experience) 401(k) with match and mega backdoor Roth option Deferred compensation plan Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center with approximately 13,000 cases annually Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia plans for a variety of surgical cases Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia during procedures Support a team consisting of physicians, anesthesiologists, nurses, and staff in a hospital with 11 ORs and additional imaging services Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia from pre-op assessments through recovery Maintain excellent communication and manual dexterity in a fast-paced environment What You Need Active Ohio RN license and CRNA certification Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program PALS certification 1-3 years neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred) Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills Excellent manual dexterity and emotional stamina About the Assignment Join a top-rated children's hospital recognized for its exceptional work environment.
