Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team at a well-established walk-in clinic in Birmingham, Alabama . This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced providers looking for a stable, outpatient-only role with an outstanding work-life balance and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights

100% Outpatient Practice No hospital responsibilities
Predictable Schedule:
- Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (optional/rotational)
No Nights. No Call.
One Weekday Off for added flexibility and work-life balance
Flexible Employment Options 1099 or W-2

Clinical Focus

Musculoskeletal care
Urgent orthopedic conditions
General outpatient and walk-in services

This role offers the opportunity to practice in a fast-paced yet well-supported setting , allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care without hospital duties or on-call responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
New graduates welcome; experience in urgent care, orthopedics, or primary care is a plus
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in an outpatient setting
Comfortable working in a walk-in clinic environment
Spanish-speaking is required - 99% of patient population are Spanish speaking
Interest in long-term growth and team collaboration
