Lula is looking for a 1099 handyman to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Winston-Salem North Carolina Area . We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.

*We have a lot of work on a daily basis
Experience in the following are a plus:
*Drywall
*Light plumbing
*Light electrical
*Painting
*Performing maintenance and light repairs
*Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
*Other miscellaneous maintenance work
Requirements
-Must have valid ID
-Must provide your own tools and materials
-Must be willing to undergo a background check
-Must have transportation
-Must have an iPhone or Android cell phone
