ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of three. I spent two years as a State Farm team member before being offered the opportunity to open my own agency - a dream I've had since high school. My wife and I have five kids, and you'll usually find us at a soccer field, hockey rink, or playing pickleball together. Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are. I serve on the local Chamber of Commerce Board and as a Chamber Ambassador, and our agency enjoys supporting youth athletics, golf outings, and other community events. Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, flexible PTO, a strong commitment to work-life balance, and shortened office hours on Fridays. Andy Mohn - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
