This is a fully onsite opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a team.This part-time role will focus on payment processing, account reconciliation, customer communication, and administrative support within the accounting department.ResponsibilitiesProcess and apply customer payments including checks, credit cards, and ACH transactionsPerform payment reconciliation and maintain accurate account recordsAnswer incoming calls using a multi-line phone systemRespond to emails and assist with account-related inquiriesResearch and resolve payment discrepanciesSupport additional accounting and administrative tasks as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience or related accounting experienceExperience processing multiple forms of paymentStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable navigating Windows-based computer systemsOracle experience is a plusStrong typing and 10-key skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
