Analyze processes and procedures to optimize performance and productivity. Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and policies related to welfare and workforce programs. Coordinate training activities to ensure that all operations staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively. Review staff performance and recommend corrective action as needed Understand all technical aspects of the operation Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in management, organizational development, project management, business administration, or similar field is required Knowledge of workforce development programs (Workforce Investment Act/Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) is preferred Self-motivated and flexible team player with the ability to work with culturally diverse populations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, human resource management, and communication skills. Experience organizing, planning, and developing program operations at a supervisory level.
