Student Employee - Modern Languages Office Assistant - Fall 2026

Clerical Support Position

Looking for a detail oriented person to work up to 10 hours per week during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm). He or she must be dependable, conscientious, and self motivated to accomplish tasks. Additionally, the candidate must have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude, and must maintain confidentiality.

Duties Include:

• Greets faculty, staff, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Clerical support, including data entry, copying and other related duties.

Typical Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Basic computer proficiency. Good customer service and communication skills.

Working Hours and Days

M-F up to 10 hours a week.
