Work Environment

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in work hours while ensuring that you remain accessible to clients in need. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client, utilizing solution-focused techniques to address both immediate concerns and long-term strategies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation to track progress, treatment effectiveness, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and updates that help in refining treatment approaches.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will work with a diverse population of patients facing substance use disorders and accompanying mental health challenges. Many clients may be at various stages of their recovery journey, from initial detoxification to ongoing support for sustained recovery, requiring a high level of empathy, understanding, and tailored intervention.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• A valid and unrestricted LCSW or LSCSW license in the state of Kansas is mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience with solution-focused psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for effective patient and team interaction.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, we value applicants with additional experience in detoxification settings or substance abuse counseling. Familiarity with documentation software and teletherapy platforms will be beneficial in the remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
