We’re looking for a motivated Hiring Manager / Recruiter to support our growing staffing needs. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in sourcing talent, screening candidates, and helping us build a reliable, high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job listings on ZipRecruiter, Indeed , and other recruiting platforms
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews, schedules, and applicant follow-ups
- Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates
- Track hiring progress and keep accurate candidate records
- Partner with leadership to understand current and future staffing needs
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to daily department goals

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using online job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
