This role involves working in a high-acuity environment with critical care patients, particularly focusing on PreOp procedures in the Heart Tower. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Cardiology

• Manage 1:1 patient ratios, delivering personalized care
• Perform large-bore IV starts, medication administration, and skin assessments
• Assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement
• Coordinate patient transport to the operating room
• Assist in procedures such as induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Cardiology

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience in critical care and PreOp environments
