Revenue Specialist

Support the Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) Standard Model team Report to the Assistant Director of Revenue Management Analyze hotel pricing and inventory to propose daily pricing strategies aimed at increasing market share Lead weekly revenue management meetings using past and future performance statistics to develop strategies for market share growth Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with hotel teams and internal and external partners Configure systems including GRO and OnQ R&I Work with multiple teams to meet deadlines, improve processes, and accomplish shared initiatives Collaborate with hotel teams and revenue management partners to gain market insight and balance hotel and enterprise objectives Build and support a culture of entrepreneurship and excellence in supporting clients Requirements Proficiency in analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action Experience learning new technology, processes, and programs Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study, OR two (2) years or more of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations Hospitality industry experience Proficiency in revenue management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in revenue management strategies, statistical analysis, and collaboration with hotel teams to enhance market share. Proficient in utilizing revenue management systems and hotel property management systems to drive data-informed decision-making.
