Multi-Skilled Operator

Overview Join our dynamic production team at our facility located in Hillman, MI. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a manufacturing environment and are eager to contribute to our production processes. As a key player in our production line, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while working collaboratively with your teammates. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly and production of products according to established guidelines and specifications. Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Operations you may perform Operate power presses or kick presses. Operate resistance welders or soldering stations. Run automated machines. Use lathes, CNCs, grinders, and drill presses. Use measuring tools and fill out paperwork to conduct quality inspections. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed. Special Requirements Must pass a background check and drug screen.
