What You'll Do

As an LPN Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our patients, providers, and clinical team by helping ensure schedules are organized and patients receive timely, responsive service.

Responsibilities include:

• Confirm patient appointments and complete reminder calls according to established guidelines
• Manage patient and care provider schedules efficiently
• Track and report daily scheduling metrics and communicate scheduling trends to management
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, providers, and visitors
• Maintain accurate patient records within billing and scheduling systems and in hard-copy formats as needed
• Complete patient schedules, forms, and correspondence
• Initiate and obtain insurance benefit and authorization verification
• Provide additional billing and customer service support as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required
• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Experience working in a high-volume medical office environment required
• Two years of experience in a medical setting preferred
• Experience scheduling patients and coordinating patient testing preparation in a physician office preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a team-oriented environment
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
