SENIOR INVESTMENT SALES CLOSER / DEPARTMENT LEADER 

Hollywood, Florida (In-Office)

$100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses

Potential Earnings: $500,000 to $1,000,000+ Per Year

EM Equity is seeking a world-class sales professional to help build and lead our Investor Relations and Capital Raising Division.

This is not an entry-level position, and it is not a 9-to-5 job.

We are looking for a proven closer with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling high-ticket products, investment opportunities, private equity, real estate, financial services, or other consultative offerings.

You will be provided with both warm and cold leads, but success in this role requires relentless follow-up, discipline, persistence, and the ability to perform under pressure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Speak with accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals

• Conduct discovery calls and investment presentations

• Build and manage investor relationships

• Consistently follow up and move prospects through the sales process

• Help improve investor acquisition systems

• Assist in building and leading a national investor relations team

• Work directly with ownership to help scale the business nationwide

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of proven closing experience

Verifiable track record of sales success

Experience closing high-ticket clients or investors

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambitions

Desire to build, lead, and eventually help run a major division
