Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, managing triage calls, documenting in EMR, and administering injections. Ensures accurate blood pressure measurements and supports clinical operations under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Triage patient calls and document interactions accurately in the EMR system.
• Administer injections and monitor patient responses.
• Take and record blood pressures to assist with ongoing patient assessments.
• Support clinical staff with general patient care tasks as directed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal protocols.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and briefings prior to start date.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months of RN experience in a clinical setting.
• Active RN license required.
• Ability to effectively communicate and triage patient needs via phone and EMR.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR documentation and clinical procedures.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the practice location.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training and compliance requirements.
