Welding Lead

Description Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components. The schedule includes a change for summer hours: June through September is four, ten-hour shifts; October through May, the schedule is five, eight-hour shifts. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are being followed Give oral and written instructions to employees. Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency Assist employees with process issues. Work with Managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency. Troubleshoot errors Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks. Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area Knowledge of machine setup up, operating experience and computers Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Personal protective equipment is required including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
