The Senior Company is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to welcome new hires and keep the office running smoothly. This role is perfect for an organized, friendly individual who handles onboarding tasks and maintains records. You will coordinate with internal teams, explain benefits and culture, and support daily office operations in our New Jersey offices (Springfield and River Edge).
